Standard and custom training

On the one side, the Inforay training courses are aimed to optimize the acceptance and use of the Inforay software by our customers. On the other hand, the courses are aimed to certify technical consultants of our partners. Attending a standard user training is required to perform system maintenance yourself and for the guarantees that Inforay can give with regard to the product operation. Also, the implementation has to be performed by certified consultants. Inforay offers the following types of training.

User training

User training courses are standard courses, that are always held for groups. The training location is at the Inforay office in Leusden, the Netherlands. In the standard user training courses the participants work with general data. The courses are very practically-oriented. The largest part of the training consists of hands-on exercises and working with the Inforay software. Each subject is first dealt with in class, after which the participants can perform exercises individually, with the aid of an Inforay manual. In addition, participants work with practically-oriented cases. For the user training courses it is important to group participants according to role or tasks. This makes it possible to deal with and practice situations that are actual parts of their tasks.

The complete Inforay Suite training is a three-day course. It also possible to take one or more module classes. Each module class is one day. In addition, an update training of one day will be available for each new major release of the Inforay software. The standard training courses are held for groups of three participants minimum, and five participants maximum.

Workplace training

A workplace training is aimed at achieving specific learning goals. Actual practical issues are the input for the training. During the training, the Inforay trainer is available at the customer workplace to help employees with their issues. The advantage of a workplace training is that participants can work with their company data. This training is usually held for two participants.

Additional training

It is also possible to extend a standard training with an additional training day. At the training location in Leusden, participants can work with their company data, allowing for a real custom training. This type of training does require additional preparation time of the trainer. The additional training can be held for groups of of three participants minimum, and five participants maximum.
